Person Centred Counsellor
Zoe has over 15 years’ experience in Mental Health where she worked in the voluntary sector, the care sector and the NHS.
Her therapeutic approach is client centred and tailored to the individual, exploring emotions and behaviours in order to gain more effective coping strategies and a deeper understanding of oneself.
She offers a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where there is space to work together to discover what changes the individual may wish to work towards and can offer short term and long-term therapy face to face for anyone who needs it.
She works with individuals struggling with different issues such as depression, emotional difficulties, emotional regulation, mood disorders, anxiety, historical or recent traumatic experience.
Zoe holds a BA Hons. degree in Person-Centered Counselling. Zoe is currently undergoing training for a MA in Psychodynamic counselling. Zoe is a memberr of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP).
