Psychodynamic Counsellor
Alison is an experienced Psychodynamic Counsellor and has worked with individuals struggling with various psychological and emotional difficulties.
In particular she has worked with issues which include; anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, complex behavioural conditions, loss of identity, grief and issues which remain unlabelled.
Her experience prior to her counsellor training is mainly in the media where she has worked in roles which have created the ground for her to begin to understand group and organisational dynamics and how others respond to their positions in the organisation.
Alison has a special interest in group dynamics and the role individuals unconsciously take on in group settings when with others and continues to study this intriguing phenomenon.
Alison holds a Professional Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling.
